A : Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
A : We do not offer early check-in. Please advise us of your arrival time and we will do our best to accommodate your early arrival, pending availability. Please note that although we will do our utmost to accommodate you, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book the room from the night before your arrival.
A : We offer late checkouts for 50% of the nightly rate, pending availability.
A : We do not have a pool or gym, however the sparkling blue waters of Waikiki Beach is located about a block from the hotel, just a quick 3 minutes walk. Kapiolani Park is also situated within walking distance (10 minute walk) and has an outdoor fitness area, tennis courts, and is a wonderful place to fit in exercise.
We are also partnered with Island Club and Spa, located in the Alohilani hotel which is about a 5 minute walk. We offer passes at 50%, thus $15.71 with tax for one time entry pass. Pass allows access to the pool and gym.
A : No, our hotel is a completely nonsmoking property and smoking is prohibited on property. If there is evidence of smoking, there will be a cleaning fee assessed. The state of Hawaii implemented a statewide law prohibiting smoking in 2006. Smoking is allowed outside at least 20 feet from public entrances.
A : We do not allow pets with the exception of service animals.
A : Yes, we offer high speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire building, including rooms and all common areas.

A : To provide the very best service we can to our guests, there is an amenity fee of $25/day plus tax. We feature a delicious breakfast full of local fruits, eggs, and pastries and have a library of books and board games for your enjoyment in the living room. The amenity fee also includes beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. More info about this fee can be found here.
